Emergency planning

Companies and governments around the world rely on Air Partner to protect their key workers in volatile and remote regions – first in, fast out.

Contingency planning
An expanding global market-place has resulted in a substantial rise in the expatriate workforce, often based in remote locations where facilities and procedures are unfamiliar and even dangerous.

This puts a critical emphasis on key worker support – be it for medical, security, legal or air evacuation assistance.

Air Partner provides country-specific air-evacuation planning and implementation services, around the clock, to over 100,000 key workers in over 50 countries.

Critical to our success is meticulous preparation, with which we can create a seamless evacuation plan integrating the client's ground operations with our air evacuation capabilities.

From our 24-hour Operations Center in London, we stand prepared to support you. *Clients of this service receive priority response and are guaranteed access to the full resources of the Group throughout a crisis.

* This service operates by subscription and needs ample lead-in time for surveys.

International rescue
In recent years we have successfully evacuated tens of thousands of people from places such as Iraq, Iran, West Africa, Afghanistan, Chechnya, Indonesia, and East Timor.

And while security issues are the main threat, we are also called upon for natural disasters such as hurricanes, volcanic eruptions and earthquakes, where response times are life-critical.

Air Partner alone extracted over 7,500 expatriates in one weekend during the 2006 crisis in Lebanon. Governments recognized that no other aviation company could have achieved such a result – all carried out with urgency, accuracy, and complete safety.
